S100 Card extraction tool

Some cards have 'ears' which make it easy to take out, and some don't and are rather difficult to safely extract from a chassis.

From past experience I remember stripping skin of my fingers from the sharp wires on back of the board. So I designed and built a card pulling tool using a bit of PCB laminate two bolts covered in heatshrink sleeving.
